1. What sizes of poster frames do you offer?

We offer a wide range of standard sizes such as A4, A3, A2, A1, and 24x36 inches. Custom sizes are also available on request.

2. Can I order a custom-sized frame?

Yes! We provide custom frame sizing to perfectly fit your artwork or poster. Just share your dimensions while placing the order.

3. What materials are your frames made of?

Our frames are made from high-quality materials, including MDF/engineered wood, and for Shabby Style frames, we Use polcore. Each product page lists the specific material used.

4. Do your frames come with glass?

NO , all our frames come with acrylic perspex (Plexiglas), which is safer and lighter than traditional glass. please check the product details.

5. How do I install the poster in the frame?

Our frames are designed for easy use. Simply open the backboard, place your poster, and secure it using the attached clips provided.

6. Are the frames ready to hang?

Yes, all our frames come with hanging hardware pre-installed. You can hang them either in portrait or landscape orientation.

8. Do you ship internationally?


Currently, we ship within united kingdom or regions,International shipping may be available soon.

9. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days depending on your location and order size. Custom frames may take longer.

10. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or wrong items within 15 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage or wrong when you contact us.

11. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk and wholesale orders. Please reach out to us directly for a quote.

12. How do I clean the frame and acrylic/ perspex front?

Use a soft microfiber cloth. For acrylic, avoid harsh chemicals—mild soap and water work best.

13. Can I pick a frame color or finish?

Yes! We offer a variety of finishes such as black, white, natural wood, gold, silver, and more. Options are available on each product page.

14. Do you offer framing services for certificates or diplomas?

Absolutely. Our A4 and A3 frames are perfect for certificates, and we can also create custom-size frames for diplomas or other important documents.

15. Are the frames durable and long-lasting?

16. Do you provide mounting services?

17. Are the frame edges sharp or child-safe?

Our frames are designed with smooth edges and are generally safe, but we recommend adult supervision for use around young children.

18. Can I change the poster later once it’s framed?

Yes, our frames are reusable. You can easily open the back and replace the artwork anytime.

19. Do you offer poster printing along with frames?

NO! We do not offer poster printing services. we can add printing services later

20. Can I use your frames for both vertical and horizontal posters?

Definitely. All our rectangular & panaromic frames come with flexible mounting hardware, so you can hang them either vertically or horizontally.

21. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?                                            

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please email as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request; however, please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our return policy for information on returning or exchanging items you have ordered. Be sure to carefully confirm your order before submitting as changes cannot be made to orders prior to shipping.

22. What if I haven't received my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Be sure to check back frequently with the carrier’s website for recent shipping updates.

22. How do I place an order?

Shopping at MND Dealings is safe and easy! Once all of your selected merchandise is in your shopping cart, you are now ready to check out and place your order.

1. Find the item(s) and place it/them in your shopping basket and go to the checkout.

2. Enter your address information.

3. Approve our terms and conditions.

4. Enter your payment info and process payment.

If an order is successful, you will always see an order confirmation page, as well as receive an order confirmation email from us. Please check the order confirmation email to ensure that all address information, as well as order information, is correct. If something needs to be changed, please contact us asap.

There are refunds on items that have been returned within 30 days of purchase. To complete a return, simply contact us in a timely manner for us to process it. MND Dealings will not be responsible for any shipping costs, as they are non-refundable, including original shipping and handling costs. Please consult our return policy before you attempt to initiate the return process.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you receive a defective item, we will repair or replace it with exactly the same item at our cost; however, shipping charges are non-refundable. If we are unable to replace it with the exact same item, at this time we will contact you about an item of similar value.

25. How long until I receive my refund?

Once a return is processed and verified, it is refunded through Shopify, which should show up within a few hours of processing. If we confirmed a refund and you don’t see the transaction after 7 business days, contact us or

26. What if I receive the wrong or missing item?

Please accept our apologies if your order is not processed correctly. Contact us at info@ if an item is short-shipped or missing from your order. We will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. All you have to do is provide us with your order number.

27. What if my package is lost ?

Please accept our apologies if the carrier did not deliver your order promptly. please be sure to double-check your surroundings. If you contact us, we will be more than happy to file a claim with the carrier if you truly did not receive your package.

29. How do I cancel my Order on shopify?

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.
  2. Click the order that you want to cancel.
  3. Click More actions >  Cancel order.
  4. In the Refund payment section, choose how you want to refund the payment:
